What equipment we consider
We review every donation case by case. Tell us what you have on the form, add a photo or two, and our team will let you know.
Send a list
Rough counts by type are fine.
Pickup
Available in all states.
Data certificate
Businesses can request one.
Brands we see in bulk donations
Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Microsoft, ASUS, Acer, Samsung, Cisco, HPE, Supermicro, LG, BenQ, Brother, Canon and many others, often mixed together, and many more.
Not on the list? It is here to help you find your equipment, not to limit what we consider. We review every make and model, listed or not, including small builders and brands that are no longer around. What matters is condition, never the brand, so enter yours on the form even if you don't see it here.
What to know about donating equipment in bulk
Who donates in bulk
Businesses replacing laptops, schools retiring a cart of Chromebooks, offices moving or closing, estates and property managers clearing out a building all use bulk donation.
Bulk pickup is available in all states.
What we need to know
Send a list with the types of equipment, makes and models if you have them, quantities, and where the equipment is. Photos of the pile or pallets help.
Tell us about access: loading dock, elevator, stairs and pickup hours.
Data and certificates
We wipe every device with Acronis before reuse. Businesses can request a certificate of data destruction. Many organizations remove drives before pickup; tell us if you have.
Value and your tax receipt
If you itemize, you may be able to deduct the fair market value of your equipment, which is what the same model in similar condition sells for used today. You determine the value; we can't appraise it. Giving Center sends a written acknowledgment describing what you donated.
Starting with the 2026 tax year, itemizers can deduct only giving above 0.5% of adjusted gross income, and items you deduct at more than $500 need Form 8283. Our tax guide covers the details. Ask your tax preparer what applies to you.
Condition: what we can use
Every donation is reviewed case by case. We can't promise acceptance before review.

Send your list first. We review it and reply with next steps.
Bulk pickup. Available in all states. We schedule a time that works for you.
Staging. You don't need to box every item. We'll confirm how to stage the equipment when we schedule pickup.
Paperwork. Businesses can request a certificate of data destruction.
Where your equipment goes
Bulk donations equip school labs, nonprofit offices and community programs, and help many families at once.
Where your computer goesA note on taxes
If you itemize, you may be able to deduct the fair market value of your equipment: what a willing buyer would pay for it as it is today. You decide the value, and your tax preparer can tell you what applies to you. We don't appraise items and can't promise a deduction.
