How to apply for a computer
Individuals, families and organizations can apply for a donated computer. Applications are by mail only. Download the right form, fill it out completely, and mail it to the address printed on the form.

Do not call us about a computer request.
There is no phone line for computer requests. Our phone line is for donors only. The people who answer it can't take an application, look one up, or tell you where it stands.
Applications are accepted on the mailed form only. Not by phone, not by email, and not through any form on this website.
If you receive public assistance, read this before you apply
If you currently receive assistance from one or more sources such as TANF, SSI, SSDI, welfare or food stamps, accepting property, gifts, financial assistance or services counts as additional income. It may affect or end your current benefits. Talk to your case manager or social worker before you apply.

If we can help, we'll contact you within 30 days. Applications are valid for 30 days, so if you haven't heard from us by then, you can apply again.

Calling won't speed up a review. Mail is the only way an application reaches us.
